Following President Obama’s Speech on Immigration Reform, Asian American Leaders Urge the Community to Voice Concerns on Inhumane and Unjust Immigration Laws
Columbus, OH – Tomorrow morning, on the eve of Thanksgiving, as families gather together to break bread, Asian American immigrant rights leaders will host a press briefing to raise awareness about the countless immigrant families who will be without loved ones due to outdated and inhumane immigration policies. Immigration groups from all over the state of Ohio will gather in a Google+ Hangout media briefing to share the reality of immigration laws and to ask Speaker Boehner to respond.
This will be a live and interactive event. Speakers will be taking questions from Twitter. Instructions to be sent to all media who RSVP.
